We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our flexible return and exchange policy ensures that if for any reason you wish to return or exchange, you can do so easily.

Shipping & Delivery;

Orders delivered via Postex, Leopard.
Delivery time: 2–3 working days (may vary due to COVID-19 / other delays).

Exchange Policy;

Exchange possible for size/style changes. Inform within 3 days of receiving.

Rs. 250 delivery charge for exchange. Courier will collect the parcel.
Exchange process may take up to 15 days.

Returns;

Inform within 3 days. Courier the parcel back to the Karachi address we provide.
Return courier charges borne by the customer.
After Quality Control approves (item unworn & unused), refund credited to your bank within 10 working days of receiving the item.
